Please download the above Consent form and complete prior to engagement, it includes detailed sections for both the pet and owner, with information required for the care of the dog, including:

  • Dog Details: Information such as name, gender, breed, medical history, vaccination records, and microchip number.
  • Owner Details: Contact information, including emergency contacts.
  • Veterinary Details: Information about the pet’s current vet, medical treatment, and history.
  • Insurance: Details about pet insurance, including policy number and insurance company contact.
  • Dietary Requirements: Information about the dog’s feeding regimen.
  • Customer Consent: Various permissions regarding activities like walking the dog, grooming, mixing with other dogs, administering medications, and seeking veterinary advice or treatment.
  • Environmental Enrichment: Information about exercise, socialization, and mental stimulation for the dog while in care.

The form concludes with a customer agreement that confirms consent for all checked actions and verifies the accuracy of the provided information.

Payments

Payments can be made via cash or a Bank transfer.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be charged at 50%, unless sufficient notice is given (At least 48 hours). However, any cancellations within 12 hours of commencement of Service will be charged in full.

Key Handling

When caring for your pets while you’re away, we’ll need a key to your home. You can either drop it off in advance or we can collect it on the day you leave — whatever works best for you. Contact us to arrange the most convenient option

We keep all keys totally secure and never keep a client’s address with the key.
